At the 1971 Geneva Show the Swiss manufacturer from Basel, Peter Monteverdi, offered a luxurious 4-door saloon with bodywork designed by the Italian Fissore on his stand. Powered by a large V8 7.2-litre engine providing 375 bhp and coupled to an automatic gearbox, both supplied by Chrysler, the limousine was capable of transporting its passengers in extreme comfort at more than 150 mph.
