It has been 32 years since Audi has presented a new city car. The previous one was based on the VW Polo 1, which was named the Audi 50. The new car presented for 2010, designated the Audi A1, is once again based on the current Polo platform which is now in its 5th generation and which has continued to enjoy enormous success during all those years. After its launch at the Geneva International Motor Show 2010, the first deliveries of the Audi A1 will take place in September 2010.
