The R2 is the new incarnation of the competition version – Adam Rallye Cup – of the Opel Adam, powered by a 1.6-litre Ecotec engine producing 185 bhp and torque of 190 Nm, mated to a five-speed sequential transmission. It meets the FIA sporting regulations for R2.
