The entry tickets to the Motor Show also entitle visitors to use public transport to get to and from the exhibition. In fact these are combined tickets, which means that the purchase of a ticket to the Motor Show includes a round trip to Palexpo on the day of the visit, from any point within the geographical perimeter of the Unireso region.

The entry tickets to the Motor Show are available from all outlets selling Unireso tickets, in TPG agencies (Rive, Cornavin and Bachet de Pesay) and from the automatic ticket distributors at each stops.

By bus, tram and trolleybus with the Geneva public transport network (tpg):
N° 5 bus (Thônex-Vallard - Palexpo – Arena - Aéroport) links Palexpo’s main entrance directly with the city (20 min.) and the airport.
This service will be reinforced during the Motor Show’s opening hours with an express bus between Place de Neuve and Palexpo via Bel-Air, Cornavin railway station and Nations.
N° 10 bus (Rive – Aéroport) stops at the Airport, 7 minutes’ walk from Hall 7.
N° 15 tram (Palettes – Nations ) via P+R Etoile, Route des Acacias, Cornavin railway station, change at the ‘Nations’ terminus and then take bus No. 5 or express bus.
N° 23 bus (ZIPLO - Le Rolliet – Lancy – Lignon - Aéroport) stops at 7 minutes’ walk from Hall 7 Palexpo.
N° 28 bus (Parfumerie - Vernier-École – Aéroport - Arena Hall 7 – Palexpo Hall 7 –– Jardin Botanique).
N° 57 bus (ZIMEYSA Gare – Hospital La Tour – Forumeyrin – Vernier-École – Aéroport) stops at 7 minutes walk from Hall 7 Palexpo.
N° Y (Val-Thoiry – CERN – Aéroport – Arena Hall 7 - Palexpo Hall 7 – Ferney-Voltaire – Mairie).
Access by train
Avoid getting stuck in traffic jams and enjoy a comfortable, stress-free journey to the Motor Show. Palexpo Hall 7 is just a three minute walk away from Geneva-Airport railway station.

The region Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and the SNCF offer a combined package:
- 50% reduction off the normal rate of a TER return ticket)
The Unireso shuttle from the Geneva main station to Palexpo + entry to the Motor Show for € 15,50 (16+ years) and € 8,50 (6+ years and -16 years)
This ‘TER illico ÉVÈNEMENTS’ rate is valid from all stations within the French departments 01, 07, 26, 38, 42, 69, 73 and 74 as well as Mâcon, with a final destination of Geneva. On sale from 11th February 2016 at all departure stations. For more information go to site SNCF TER Rhône-Alpes.
Traffic Information RTS1 FM 91.2
Parking facilities at Palexpo car park are only for exhibitors. However over 5,600 slots during the week and arround 10,000 slots at the weekend will be made available exlusively to Motor Show visitors in 12 parking areas situated within 5 km around Palexpo. The Geneva police will be providing real-time traffic management. Car parks will open according to their occupancy rate and the volume of traffic. Visitors are kindly requested to follow the “P°Salon” signs.
Parking fee CHF 25.- / day (valid for all the car parks). Free shuttle buses run regularly between the various car parks and the Motor Show’s main entrance.
Schedule of the shuttles: departure of the 1st shuttle one hour before the opening of the Motor Show, return of the last shuttle one hour after the closing to the Motor Show.

Great St Bernard

Car park P47 is reserved for coaches, buses and groups. Leave motorway at Ferney exit and follow signs. Daily rate : CHF 60.- Return transport of the passengers included.
